The 4180-10 center support bearing supports the midshaft section of a two-piece driveshaft, keeping it running concentric with the vehicle's drivetrain axis. The 4180-10 center support bearing specs: 1.574" inner dia | 2.337" center-to-base | 6.625" mount spacing. Dodge/ 11 x 27 mount slots / Supersedes 40041712. Application: DODGE series. Inner diameter must match the midshaft stub OD exactly — a loose fit allows the bearing to walk on the shaft, which causes vibration and accelerates wear on both the bearing race and the shaft surface.
