The UDS 3-3152 U-Joint, part of the 3C Series, engineered for reliability in various applications. This greasable universal joint features a wing LWT design, facilitating ease of maintenance and ensuring long-term durability. With dimensions including 1.438″ between bolts and a 3.563″ lock-up length, it provides secure power transmission under demanding conditions. The bearing cups are crafted from formed bar stock or precision forgings, with case-hardened surfaces for strength and durability. High-quality needle bearings sized for maximum life and load capacity, along with nitrile rubber or cork seals, optimize grease retention and exclude contaminants. Precision machining of mounting key and bolt holes ensures a precise fit, while lubrication channels and grooves promote extended joint life. Trunnions undergo a deep carburization process and are ground to precision tolerances for smooth operation and maximum longevity.

Measurement (B) :
Measure from the center of carrier bearing bolt holes to the flats (center of u-joint or flats) on the end yoke at the differential.
