3-40-1471 Splined Stub Shafts , Splines: 1.500 X 16 , Fits: 2.500 X .083 Tube

The 3-40-1471 is a splined stub shaft designed for light-duty applications. It features a tube diameter of 2.500 inches and a wall thickness of 0.083 inches. The butt diameter measures 2.344 inches, with 16 splines at a diameter of 1.500 inches. The spline length is 2.500 inches, and the distance from the end to the weld is 5.625 inches. This slip-style shaft is compatible with a slip yoke and does not have a midship feature. The end to radius measurement is 4.969 inches, and it is produced by Spicer.
